Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Putty. If something is not right, contact us and we will sort it out.

Change of mind - 30 days

You can return an unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, slime jars must be unopened and in their original condition unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Your rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are not affected.

How to start a return

Email hello@puttyoffical.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. We aim to complete refunds within 10 working days of receiving the item.
