Terms of Service

Welcome to Putty (operated by Squishy Factory, Ilford, London, United Kingdom). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Putty butter slime is a toy. It is not a food product - do not eat it. Wash hands after play.
Product colours and decorations may vary slightly from the photos, as every jar is finished with its own toppings and charms.
Prices are shown in GBP and include taxes where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance by email when your order is dispatched. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers - we never see or store your card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery options, prices and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
